Postion Summary:
With oversight from ACHIEVEability’s Executive Director and other members of the senior staff, the Special Projects Coordinator plays an important role by providing support on a variety of organizational and programmatic activities, including internal and external communications, research and data collection in support of program development and fundraising, board and public relations, support of special events, and coordination of logistics for internal and external meetings.

Primary Relationships: 
Within ACHIEVEability (ACHa), the Special Projects Coordinator reports to the Executive Director.  The Executive Director is responsible for the operational success of the organization, fundraising, communications, and support of the board of directors. The Executive Director works closely with the ACHa senior management team and the board to ensure quality service delivery and strong external partnerships.

Outside the organization, the Special Projects Coordinator will occasionally communicate with funders, partners, and other external stakeholders.

Workforce Development Coordinator
Overall Purpose and Objective of Position
The Workforce Development Coordinator will manage and expand ACHIEVEability’s workforce development program, WorkSmart West Philly.  The Workforce Development Coordinator is responsible for engaging participants in all aspects of career planning and development through 1:1 coaching, group workshop facilitation, vocational assessments, skill-building group workshops, and direct connection to employers and training opportunities.
