For those who attended last year's event, how could you forget such incredible dishes as noble cheddar escargot (with sweet garlic mustard), gascony tartine (duck liver mousse with plums, pickled pearl onions and brioche), artichoke caponata (with vinegar, honey and capers), edamame humus (with toasted sesame, chili oil and rice puffs), earl grey sriracha ice cream, and the best crab cakes in town! Without the support of these amazing culinary masters, Food for Thought would not have the impact it does on the lives of the families that we serve at ACHIEVEability.
